CoderDojo.com is a global network of free computer programming clubs for young people. CoderDojo is about encouraging creativity and having fun in a relaxed, social environment.
We will be using a widely used programming tool called "Scratch" which has been designed especially for ages 7 to 13. We will also be learning how to create websites using HTML and CSS. Introducing new technologies this term such as BB8 for the younger kids, Scratch + Kinnect and Raspberry Pi!
Coderdojo operates on a volunteer basis and is always in need of new Mentors and Administration support to help out with running the Dojo sessions.
